If this happens… the law-makers are going to be busy. Not just FCA rules, but lots of laws will have to be rewritten including ones like the GDPR, which many of us have already started to worry about and which has not taken effect yet simvastatin 40 mg. What of the Mortgage Credit Directive? This created a mass of tweaks to the FCA rulebook just to align our, already pretty robust, regulation with the rest of the EU (much of whom ignore it anyway in my experience). Did anybody actually think about this upheaval and make a plan?
